AFC Bournemouth have signed teenage winger Ryan Fraser from Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen.
The Cherries have also swooped for Ryan Allsop and Southampton's Dan Seabourne has signed on loan.
18-year-old Fraser has signed on a three-and-a-half year deal for an undisclosed free. He has made 18 appearances for Aberdeen this season and was awarded the SPL Young Player of the Month award for September and October.
AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe was quick to praise his new signing.
"He is only 18 but he's very, very highly regarded in the world of football, especially up north and Aberdeen were desperate not to lose him" explained Howe.
"We had a lot of competition for his signature but the fact we were able to sign him is a real positive for this football club."
Yong goalkeeper Allsop has signed at deal with the Cherries until the summer of 2016.
He signs after his contract at Leyton Orient expired earlier this week. He has made 24 appearances for Orient this season.
"He is a young goalkeeper with a lot of potential to get better" added Howe.
"He is a good size and a good kicker of the ball - he has all the attributes to be a really top goalkeeper."
