Broadstone residents are being urged to pop along to Broadstone Library next Saturday 30th August, to take a look at an exhibition detailing a proposed large development adjacent to the roundabout.

McCarthy and Stone have submitted to the Borough of Poole an application to build 36 flats, two retail units and a post office at 2 – 14 Dunyeats Road.

Councillor Mike Brooke, chairman of Broadstone Neighbourhood Forum said: “It is important that residents are given the opportunity to view the plans, ask questions and make comments. This is an important site which needs to be developed but also any development needs to be appropriate for Broadstone.”

A planning officer from the Borough of Poole will be available to answer questions and listen to comments.
