CCTV images released after alleged robbery at Cheque Centre in Boscombe

Three men were arrested after an alleged robbery in Boscombe.

A man was reported to have entered Cheque Centre on Christchurch Road and demanded money by threatening a member of staff at around 5:30pm on Monday February 18.

No weapon was seen, but it is alleged the offender left the scene with a large amount of money.

Two 25-year-old men and a 24-year-old man, all from Bournemouth were arrested on suspicion of robbery and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Detective Constable Sara Butler of Bournemouth CID said: "Following enquiries, I am now able to release two CCTV images of a man who may be able to help us with our investigation.

"I would urge the man pictured - and anyone who recognises him - to contact Dorset Police, in confidence, as soon as possible."

Witnesses or anyone with information should call Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 18:335.
