High-flying Chelmsford City put further pressure on Dorchester Town as they swept aside the Magpies in the Blue Square South Division.
The Dorset side went down 4-0 with the result effectively over at half time with the Magpies trailing by three goals.
The hosts got off to the perfect start at Melbourne Park when Anthony Cook struck in the first minute.
Omer Riza doubled Chelmsford's lead on his debut mid-way through the first half after Charlie Clough had earlier hit the post for Dorchester.
On the half hour mark, the home side all but wrapped up the result - with Kyle Vassell finding the net.
Neither side really increased the pressure after the break, although Chelmsford hit the woodwork twice as they searching for a fourth goal.
Jamie Slabber was shown a straight red card for the Essex side - but there was still time for Justin Miller to grab a fourth goal with a headed effort.
