A radio play gets its first public hearing in Dorchester on Friday, 9th May.

Sea Me is presented by Doorway Theatre Company at Shire Hall - the Old Crown Court - in High West Street at 7.30pm.

It is written by acclaimed playwright Stephanie Dale, who, with David Edgar, co-wrote the town’s fifth community play, A Time to Keep.

Doorway Theatre Company formed after the community play was staged and later produced The Kite, also written by Stephanie Dale.

Sea Me, recorded on location by Pete Nash of Monty Funk Productions and directed by Peter Leslie Wild, is 40 minutes long.

Wine and nibbles will be available.
