The Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has made a double appointment as it continues its efforts to grow and modernise.
DCCI has recruited Vikki Southern as a new events co-ordinator and Melissa Jones as a membership sales advisor.
The new appointments bring the total number of DCCI staff up to 18 and follow the recent appointment of Anne Warner as membership services manager.
Chamber chief executive Ian Girling said: "Vikki and Melissa will play important roles in developing our operations and providing a first class service.
"They are high calibre appointments who bring fresh ideas, expertise, experience and professionalism.
"We already have a great team here and their appointments further strengthen the Chamber as we move forward."
The Chamber currently represents companies employing 37,000 people across Dorset and has nearly 700 members.
Vikki said: "I am looking forward to developing the chamber's programme of events and introducing new networking opportunities across the county as well as meeting all of the members over the coming months."
Membership sales advisor Melissa has a range of experience and has previously held positions with Thomson and First Choice owner TUI.
She said: "I want to make sure that our members take full advantage of the benefits of their membership to help them grow their businesses, raise their profile and save money.
"I hope to see many more businesses join the Chamber and for existing members to see even greater value in their membership."
