THREE major appointments have been announced at Ellis Jones Solicitors.
Tim Sharpley, Lauren Day and William Fox Bregman have become partners at the Dorset and New Forest law firm.
Tim was previously a partner before leaving in 2008 to become a partner at another law firm. He trained at Ellis Jones and qualified as a solicitor in 1993.
Tim's specialist areas of law include commercial land and property purchase, commercial residential redevelopment, commercial leases, hotel purchases & sales and commercial shop leases.
Lauren joined Ellis Jones in 2007 and is a key member of the firm's dispute resolution team.
She has a wealth of dispute resolution experience with a particular interest in the growing area of contentious trust and probate work including Inheritance Act claims, contested wills and probate disputes.
William heads up Ellis Jones' specialist banking department which is currently handling about 50 cases involving the mis-selling of interest rate hedge products.
He joined Ellis Jones in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor two years later.
Both Lauren and William became associates in March 2013.
Nigel Smith, managing partner, said: “Tim trained with us, was a partner here for almost 10 years and I am delighted that he has decided to rejoin us. He will be a great asset to the firm.
"Lauren and William are highly valued members of the team and have made a huge impact, particularly in the last 12 months. Their promotions are well-deserved."
