AS a cyclist I still find it incomprehensible that many drivers overtake me and then cut in sharply or, alternatively, just overtake with inches to spare.
I can’t believe those seconds spent in taking a more considerate approach are ever that important. Some drivers are already considerate and take care to ensure my safety as well as theirs when overtaking and I am grateful to them.
For those others who just wish I wasn’t there at all, please just “take two seconds” and I invite you to think of any cyclist being a relative or friend of yours - surely you would want other drivers to be considerate? So how about you?
