Members of Kingston Lacy Skittle Club have donated £1000 to Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. The club has been running for over 100 years and since the mid 60s has been based at Pamphill Village Hall.

Chairman Nigel Boyt said: “We have our own licensed bar with very reasonable prices, and playing skittles is a good way to spend a winter evening. We are now looking for new teams.”

If you are interested in entering a new team contact Nigel on 01258860461 evenings only.

However, Nigel added that if you do not want to commit to a full season straight away they would be happy to arrange a friendly to introduce you to the sport.
