DAN Munday’s late strike handed the Magpies an impressive win over Tonbridge – to bounce back from Saturday’s 5-1 defeat against Havant and Waterlooville.

Mark Lovell had given the visitors to the Avenue Stadium the lead – before Brandon Goodship fired home an equaliser before the break.

Munday was introduced as a substitute for Jamie Beasley and secured three points for Dorchester when he connected with debutant Ryan Case’s cross on 86 minutes.

The Magpies are now just one point from safety ahead of Saturday’s home clash against Concord Rangers.
