MURDER most foul is being plotted as a fundraising event for Dorchester’s community play, Drummer Hodge.
The murder mystery evening is being held at Martinstown village hall on 1st March.
Plans are under way for the murder play plus a two-course supper.
Drummer Hodge is being staged in Dorchester in April by a cast of 101 people.
It is the sixth community play to be produced in the town and is inspired by a poem by Thomas Hardy about a drummer who goes to the Boer War and never returns home to Dorset.
It is written and directed by Rupert Creed.
Anyone willing to help with the murder mystery evening should contact Ken McGregor by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
