Chris Holder and Darcy Ward will both ride for the Poole Pirates in 2013.
After speculation the Pirates would not be able to sign both top riders, Poole boss Matt Ford confirmed the duo had committed their future to the Dorset side.
"I think this is the news that many of our fans have been waiting for" said Ford.
"I am delighted to say that terms have been agreed with both Chris Holder and Darcy Ward - arguably the two 'must-see' riders in the world - to continue their careers with the Pirates.
"Without a shadow of a doubt they were the backbone of the team last year and provided us all with so many amazing moments, pulling out rides that clinched last gasp victories and had us on the edge of our seats as we wondered just what thrilling moves they could deliver."
Ward and Holder join Robert Miskowiak and Kyle Howarth on the Pirates' roster for 2013.
Ford is expected to announce another two names for next season within the next week.
After commiting his future to the Priates, Chris Holder said: "For me, Poole are the best club on the planet. I'm world number one and Poole are the number one team. It was a no-brainer.
"I am Aussie through and through, but since coming to Europe in 2006, Dorset has become my second home."
