Welling United v Dorchester Town

Comments (0)

Dorchester Town hope to bounce back from a disappointing defeat against Chelmsford Town when they visit Welling United in Blue Square South this afternoon.

The Magpies were thumped 4-0 last time out but will not find it easy against the team currently in second place in the league table.

Dorchester have not won away from home since November, and with several injury problems - the Dorset side will need to be at their best.

Welling are in fine form - having won their last ten games. However, the Magpies will be hopeful as they beat this afternoon's opponents back in September thanks to a late winner by Charlie Clough.

Every point is vital in the Blue Square South division, with the league table incredibly close.

A win for Dorchester could see them go eleventh, while a loss could send them back into the drop zone.
