Four of Dorset's finest chefs will be teaming up for a unique dinner to showcase the best of the county's local produce. The event will take place in the luxurious Marriott Highcliff Hotel on April 21 - and will include Dorset's only Michelin starred chef, Mr Russell Brown, executive head chef at the Highcliff Grill, Mr Matthew Budden, executive chef at the Menzies Carlton & East Cliff Court Hotel, Mr Richard Allsopp, and Mr Gary Kilminster from Bournemouth and Poole College. The chefs will be using produce from local suppliers and each table will be named after a famous landmark within our county. All of the proceeds from the event will go towards end of life care at Forest Holme Hospice in Poole.
