AN annual celebration that champions the importance of breakfast, Farmhouse Breakfast Week will take place from 20th – 26th January.

Statistics show that 47 per cent of people regularly skip breakfast during the week despite the fact that breakfast eaters tend to be slimmer and happier than skippers, and eating breakfast aids concentration and mental performance throughout the day.

The Farmhouse Breakfast Week campaign has been running since 2000, and aims to demonstrate the wealth of wonderful breakfast produce available around the country.

Udder Farm Shop, on the A30 at East Stour, will be celebrating Farmhouse Breakfast Week for the whole month of January by offering their Great Udder Farm Shop Breakfast and a free cup of tea or coffee for just £5 with the voucher found in the Food & Drink section header.

And to create your own farmhouse breakfast visit the website, www.theudderfarmshop.co.uk/recipes/, and download the Udder recipe.
