WTA Rogers Cup Montreal 2014: Order of play and schedule for Wednesday 6th August

Wednesday 6th August should be an action-packed day of tennis in Montreal for the 2014 WTA Tour Rogers Cup.

At 5pm UK time (noon local time) the action starts on Center Court with Caroline Garcia v Angelique Kerber, followed by Maria Sharapova v Garbifie Muguruza not before 7pm UK time (2pm local time), then Serena Williams v Samantha Stosur not before 11pm UK time (6pm local time), and then Casey Dellacqua v Petra Kvitova not before 1am on Thursday 7th August UK time (8pm on the 6th local time).

On the National Bank Court the first match is at 5pm UK time (noon local time), which will be Britain's Heather Watson v Dominika Cibulkova, followed by Jelena Jankovic v Sloane Stephens not before 7pm UK time (2pm local time), then Yulia Putintseva v Venus Williams not before 9pm UK time (4pm local time), then Coco Vandeweghe v Ana Ivanovic not before midnight UK time (7pm local time) and the doubles match of Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci v Kimiko Date-Krumm and Andrea Hlavackova.

On Court 2, the first match is at 7pm UK time (2pm local time), which is Elena Vesnina v Ekaterina Makarova, followed by the doubles match of Raquel Kops-Jones and Abigail Spears v Caroline Garcia and Alicja Rosolska.

Court 5 will see the doubles match of Michaella Krajicek and Barbora Zahlavova Strycova v Timea Babos and Kristina Mladenovic at 5pm UK time (noon local time), followed by Karolina Pliskova v Carla Suarez Navarro, then Magdalena Rybarikova v Lucie Safarova, and finally the doubles match of Karolina and Kristyna Pliskova v Cara Black and Sania Mirza.

The other court that will see action on Wednesday 6th August is Court 9, which will start with the doubles match of Kveta Peschke and Katarina Srebotnik v Hao-Ching and Yung-Jan Chan at 5pm UK time (noon local time), followed by Caroline Wozniacki v Klara Koukalova not before 7pm UK time (2pm local time), then Sabine Lisicki v Madison Keys, and finally the doubles match of Garbifie Muguruza and Carla Suarez Navarro v Francoise Abanda and Stephanie Dubois.

In the UK, there will be live TV coverage of the WTA Rogers Cup from 5pm to 9pm and then from 11pm on BT Sport 2.
